HB 949 would change that by allowing voters to cast their ballot up to 10 days in advance.
Voting should be equally and uniformly accessible to every voter. No-excuse early voting allows more voters to participate in our democracy by making elections more accessible and fairer for all voters.
No-excuse early voting also allows reduces congestion and long lines at the polls on Election Day and, in turn, relieves the stress on voters and election workers alike.
