In May of 2009, the Mississippi Department of Human Services sponsored an abstinence summit in Jackson, Mississippi, using taxpayer funding to proselytize in favor of abstinence from sex before marriage programs. This video, produced by Stuart Productions, documents some of the troubling portions of the summit.
