It's that time of year again! This is your chance to run for the Board of the ACLU of Mississippi and nominate others. Three seats – all for three-year terms – are up for election. Board members are responsible for governance and fiscal stability, as well as attendance at 4 meetings each year.
A member can be nominated either by the Nominations Committee or by submitting a petition signed by 3 ACLU of Mississippi members — all in good standing as of today, October 26th.
Candidates may use their own petition form. The deadline for receipt of petitions is October 29th. Petitions can be submitted electronically at email@example.com.

December 3rd - Annual meeting
ACLU of Mississippi members who have paid their dues within the past 12 months are eligible to vote for the organization’s board of directors. Voting insgtructions will be mailed to members on Novemeber 5th. Online votes must be cast by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 2020. You may also request a paper ballot by calling 601-354-3408. If you choose to vote via paper ballot, it must be received at Post Office Box 2242, Jackson, MS 39225 no later than December 1, 2020.
Board confirmations will be announced during the December 3, 2020 annual meeting.
