Our Legislative Advocacy Day will start with a lobbying training at our office before we head to the State Capitol for the news conference to present our 2019 legislative package. The day provides the opportunity to publicly connect with legislators and the community at-large on our major issues and proposed policy initiatives. The Legislative Advocacy Day is an opportunity for community partners to show their support for our proposed legislation, and will continue until 3 p.m.
