Student & Youth Rights

Like adults, students and youth have legally protected rights. The ACLU works to defend those rights, and to make students and youth aware that they do have these rights and how to protect themselves from rights violations. As with all our issues, we defend student and youth rights through advocacy, education, legislation and litigation.
