The American Civil Liberties Union of Mississippi is a private, non-profit organization whose sole mission is protecting the rights and liberties guaranteed to all citizens by the Constitution and the laws of our state. If you believe your rights may have been violated, we invite you to file a complaint with us. Our Legal Department will review your complaint for issues with which the ACLU of Mississippi may be able to help.
The ACLU works with volunteer attorneys throughout Mississippi who donate their time to work on ACLU cases. The ACLU does not charge for its legal representation.
